Rebrand and story telling

Auckland Eye approached essence with an incredible offering and state-of-the-art technology, but needed support in presenting that in a compelling way to New Zealanders interested in receiving laser eye treatment.

We worked with Auckland Eye on three levels: revitalising the brand, content creation and finally, engaging our prospective consumers through targeted channels.


We evolved the group’s branding, developing a hierarchy for the co-brands and visual assets. A range of content was created to tell a compelling story of how laser vision correction works. For example eight videos were developed to tell the story of the laser vision correction journey – from consultation, to treatment through to experiencing the remarkable changes to everyday life.


Finally, we shaped a targeted media campaign to acquire prospective customers to this rich content. This created an unprecedented amount of interest in laser vision correction that our client hadn’t experienced before.
